Tailored strength training

I provide personalised, one-on-one sessions aimed at helping you achieve your specific goals - be they increased strength, mobility, improved posture, greater athletic performance, or all of the above.

In a park, at your home or in a gym

I run most of my sessions at a well-equipped gym in Richmond. I also run sessions at clients’ homes and in parks across inner Melbourne.

An holistic approach

I also provide tailored lifestyle coaching and nutritional advice to support you in working towards your goals outside of our sessions together.

Whether you’ve never touched a dumbbell or you’re an experienced trainee struggling to reach the next level - you’ve come to the right place. Age or current fitness levels are no barrier to working towards a stronger, healthier you.
